Never Leave a Google Review Unanswered
Five-star reviews go unthanked. One-star reviews sit in public for a week. Replying to every one, in your voice, is the task that always slips — and everyone searching for you can see it.

Your Google reviews are the first thing a new customer reads about you, and Google rewards businesses that reply. But keeping up — thanking the happy ones, calmly handling the unhappy one — never makes it to the top of the list when you're running the business. So the thank-yous don't get said, and the complaint sits there, unanswered, for everyone to see.
It costs you twice. The goodwill from a great review never gets banked. And one critical review left hanging reads, to the next person choosing between you and the shop down the road, like you don't care. Both quietly pull down how you show up in local search.
We set it up to respond to Google reviews automatically — with you in the loop where it matters. The moment a review posts, AI reads it and drafts a reply that sounds like you, not a script. Routine praise gets thanked on its own. Anything negative or touchy lands on your phone with a calm draft for a one-tap approval. Nothing goes unanswered; nothing risky posts without you.
This is done by Eightbitco, a software shop run by Nick Tulip, as a fixed-price project on the tools and accounts you already have.
The 1-star that didn't sit for a week
Praise gets thanked on its own; the bad one is on your phone with a calm draft before your coffee. This is a live run, not a picture.
The steps: 1-star lands at 9am → AI drafts, calm → 5-stars auto-thanked → Phone pinged first → You approve or edit → Reply up by 9:15
